Aloe vera is a plant like a cactus that grows in hot and dry climates. Aloe produces gel and latex, two substances used in drug production. Aloe vera gel is a jelly substance inside the aloe plant leaf. Aloe latex, on the other hand, is a substance that is yellow just below the membrane of the plant.
What are the benefits of aloe vera?
While aloe vera is a component of many beauty products, you can also use pure aloe vera gel directly on your face. When applied correctly, the gel moisturizes your skin and softens fine lines and wrinkles. Can be used to reduce acne and acne scars.
How to apply aloe vera on face
Remove an aloe vera leaf from an aloe plant by cutting it off the base with a pair of scissors or a kitchen knife. Gently brush with a wet toothbrush or nail brush to remove dirt from the leaf. Rinse the leaf under water.
Cut the lines on the edges of the leaves with a sharp kitchen knife. Cut the leaf vertically in half and remove the gel with a spoon.
Apply a thin layer of aloe vera gel to your face and let it dry for at least an hour. Remove the gel with warm water and a clean cloth.
Pour dead skin cells by applying a thin layer of aloe vera gel to your face, then gently rub your face with a wet cloth or fiber. To create an inexpensive aloe vera toner, mix 2/3 cups of distilled water with 1/3 aloe vera gel; pour into a clean, airtight bottle; and cool. Shake the bottle thoroughly and apply it to your face with a cotton swab.
